While the location is decent, the outdated decor in the common areas really detracts from the overall charm!!! The entertainment options cater to an older crowd, making it a bit dull for younger guests seeking a livelier atmosphere!!!

Friendly staff, convenient location, the hotel is just a 20-minute walk from the Pleasure Beach, and the room had complimentary tea making facilities.

Had an amazing time away with friends! We explored two places nearby and enjoyed the great atmosphere. The cabaret shows were a highlight, really fun. Just a heads up, the breakfast was only served from 8 to 9, so make sure you wake up early. great location and lots of entertainment options.

One downside was the food quality. It was a bit disappointing, especially during a group dinner we had. This could be improved.

Enjoyed the bar/lounge area, but definitely book your car reg to avoid fines. Good food options nearby, like weatherspoons next door.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, right on the front and close to all the attractions. My room, a double with a sea view, was clean and comfortable, with lovely views of the beach. The staff were friendly, always greeted me with a smile, and the housekeeping kept everything tidy. Breakfast offered a decent variety, with a full cooked option available. the portion sizes were lacking. I ordered a pasta dish one night and found it overcooked. The restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and slow, especially during peak breakfast hours. I felt like I was waiting too long just to get served. Some days, they ran out of popular items quickly. I noticed some other guests getting served better portions than mine. The bar closed quite early, which didn’t fit well with the evening entertainment schedule. I had a pleasant stay but left feeling a bit unsatisfied with the dining experience despite the lovely location and accommodations.

Staying here felt like a little seaside adventure with my five kids. We loved the vibrant atmosphere and enjoyed live entertainment at The Theatre Bar. The staff were welcoming, making us feel right at home. Plus, the location near the beach is unbeatable.

In my wife’s opinion, a kids' playground would be great. This would give families like ours a place to unwind while the kids play.

It was just a proper fit for a brief visit in Blackpool with all in all brilliant value for money. The staff were doing their best despite the chaos during a power cut, really trying to accommodate everyone. Make sure to check for power issues before arriving to avoid stress.
